Information we collect
Wired Enterprises collects information that visitors choose to provide through the quote request form or by direct contact. This may include a name, brokerage name, MLS affiliation, website URL, contact details, and any project information entered into the message field.
The website and related applications may also process limited technical information needed to operate securely, such as server logs, IP address data used for security, and browser preferences that record cookie-consent choices.
For authorized users of certain internal management applications, Wired Enterprises may also receive limited financial account information through Plaid as described below.
How we use information
Wired Enterprises uses personal information to review inquiries, respond to quote requests, communicate about possible services, and maintain records related to business inquiries or active client work.
If a visitor separately agrees to receive non-essential follow-up, Wired Enterprises may also use the submitted contact details for limited service-related updates. Personal information is not used for automated decision-making, profiling, or targeted advertising on this site.
Financial account information / Plaid
Certain authorized internal management applications used by Wired Enterprises may allow a user to connect a financial account through Plaid Inc. ("Plaid"). Plaid provides the account-linking interface and transmits authorized financial account information to the application. Wired Enterprises does not ask users to provide online-banking usernames or passwords directly to Wired Enterprises.
For the current application use case, Wired Enterprises requests only the financial account information reasonably needed to identify connected accounts and retrieve current balance information. This may include account identifiers or account names supplied through Plaid, account type or subtype, current or available balance information, and limited retrieval metadata such as the date and time of the most recent successful refresh.
Wired Enterprises does not use the Plaid connection to collect or retain transaction history for this application. Financial account information obtained through Plaid is used only for authorized internal financial-management, account-monitoring, reconciliation, and related administrative purposes.
Authorization and consent
A financial account connection is initiated only after an authorized user affirmatively chooses to connect an account and completes the Plaid Link authorization process. By completing that process, the user authorizes Plaid and Wired Enterprises to access and process the selected information for the purposes described in this policy. A user may disconnect an account or request removal of Plaid-derived information as described below.
Retention and deletion
Wired Enterprises follows a data-minimization approach for Plaid-derived information. The application is designed not to retain transaction history. For balance information, only the latest balance data required for the application and limited retrieval metadata are retained; a later successful refresh replaces the prior stored balance value rather than building a historical balance dataset unless a different retention requirement is expressly disclosed before collection.
Plaid-derived information is deleted when the financial account connection is removed, when the information is no longer required for the authorized application purpose, or when a valid deletion request is completed, subject only to information that Wired Enterprises must retain to satisfy applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping obligations.
Security and sharing
Financial account information is transmitted using encrypted connections and is protected with access controls intended to limit access to authorized users and systems. Wired Enterprises does not sell Plaid-derived financial account information and does not use it for advertising or unrelated profiling.
Information may be shared with Plaid and other service providers only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, host, maintain, or support the authorized application. Plaid's own handling of information is also governed by its applicable privacy notices and user agreements.
Cookies and tracking
This website is a static website and is designed to use minimal tracking. The site uses essential browser storage to remember a visitor’s cookie preference and may rely on standard hosting logs for security and performance.
If optional analytics, chat tools, or advertising technology are added later, Wired Enterprises should update this policy and the cookie banner before those tools are enabled. Visitors can choose “Use essential only” from the cookie banner if they do not want optional cookies enabled.
Sharing and disclosure
Wired Enterprises may share personal information with service providers that support website hosting, form delivery, email, or project operations when that sharing is reasonably necessary to run the business. Service providers are expected to handle information only for those business purposes.
Wired Enterprises does not sell personal information and does not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be disclosed if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Wired Enterprises, its clients, or the public.
Retention and security
Personal information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for inquiry handling, service delivery, authorized application functions, recordkeeping, legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution. Inquiry records that do not become active client relationships should be reviewed periodically and deleted when no longer needed. Plaid-derived financial account information follows the more specific retention and deletion rules described in the Financial Account Information / Plaid section above.
The public site is intended to be served over HTTPS and uses a simple static architecture to reduce risk. Internal applications and service integrations are expected to use encrypted transport, authentication, least-privilege access, and provider security controls appropriate to the information processed. No website or application can guarantee absolute security, so visitors should not submit sensitive financial, medical, or highly confidential information through the public quote form.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to personal information, request deletion, ask for correction, limit certain processing, or opt out of non-essential communications. Residents of the European Economic Area and California may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.
- California visitors may request to know what personal information is collected, request deletion where applicable, and request that personal information not be sold or shared. Wired Enterprises states that it does not sell personal information.
- European visitors may request access, correction, deletion, objection, or restriction of processing where applicable.
- Any visitor may ask Wired Enterprises to stop non-essential follow-up communications.

Requests may include access, correction, deletion, or disconnection of information associated with an authorized application or Plaid connection. When making a request, provide enough information for Wired Enterprises to identify the relevant record or connection and respond appropriately.
